Is food provided?

Yes, the choice is yours! We offer 4 options . . . A Brunch Board, Dessert Board, charcuterie board, and food pick up from a local restaurant. Want something different? Let us know! We will try to make your idea come to life. Want a set up with no provisions? We can do that too!

 

 

What if the weather isn’t cooperating?

We can not refund your booking, but in case of bad weather, we will reschedule for another date. We will make the final decision no later than 4 hours before your picnic.

 

 

When do I need to cancel?

We request you let us know 48 hours prior to picnic time if you need to cancel. Cancellation fees will apply if you cancel within the 48 hour window to your picnic.

 

 

How long can you enjoy your picnic?

We provide two hours for your picnic. If you want to reserve a longer time let us know. Extra fees will apply.

 

 

What about alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences.

 

 

Can you use the picnic as a photo shoot?

Yes! Please just tag us on instagram (@sweethoneypicnics) and facebook (@SweetHoney).

 

 

Where are the Picnics?

You pick the spot! WE can use public parks, a location special to you, or your own backyard. If you need a suggestion we have some stunning options we can recommend.

 

What’s included in the picnic?

We provide a table, rugs, pillows, blankets, dinnerware, cutlery, napkins, flowers/greenery, candles, bluetooth speakers, and evening lighting. Each picnic is specially designed for you!

 

 

How many people can come?

Picnics are for two but for additional fees, we can serve up to 12 guests.

 

 

How far do we travel for a picnic?

We typically curate picnic experiences in the Stokes and Western Rockingham County area with complimentary delivery. We are happy to venture outside of this area, but additional rates will apply.

 

What are our cleaning procedures?

We want all guests to feel 100% comfortable. All items at each picnic are washed and or sanitized after each picnic. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are at each picnic.

Do you offer gift cards?

YES! We currently offer gift card purchase by check or cash in any amount by phone for that special someone.

What happens when you arrive?

We handle all set up and clean up . . . you just show up to the designated picnic location. Payment is required before the start of each picnic. We will be on hand when you arrive to help you navigate, take photos per request, or anything else. Once you are settled, we leave to let you enjoy your picnic. We return once your reservation is finished. If this is a surprise or proposal we will be happy to be out of the way upon your arrival.
